PVC curtains are a metal "comb" made of AISI 304 stainless steel, or galvanized steel (Zn) with a thickness of 1.5 mm, on which strips of transparent PVC with a thickness of 2 or 3 mm and a width of 200 or 300 mm are hung.

Framing of the doorway. The doorways in the sandwich panels are framed by a special U-shaped element, which is made of two metal corners and a docking plastic profile.

Reinforced heated door sill for threshold-free low-temperature doors. Prevents the lower part of the seal from freezing to the door frame.

Monorail door frames are installed on sandwich panels or a brick wall.

The bumpers are installed to preserve the door leaf during operation. The standard height of the bump is 50 cm.

The windows are mounted in the door leaf. Two variants of single-chamber plastic windows with single double-glazed windows are offered: 400x400 mm and 400x600 mm.

A stationary ramp is installed to the doors with a non-threshold frame. The overhead ramp is equipped with additional handles for ease of movement.

The heating pen of the metal frame is installed along the perimeter of the door frame to prevent the seal from freezing to the door frame in low-temperature chambers.

The door seal heating PEN is installed in the inner contour of the door leaf seal in the doors of shock freezing chambers.

Mounting kit M8-PVC. It is used to attach the door frame to the sandwich panel.
